Between October 29th and November 1st during Halloween, new cat Toons who visit Flippy on Tutorial Terrace by saying "Toontastic!" via SpeedChat and existing cat Toons who complete a limited-time ToonTask offered by Booregard in Toontown Central can become a Black Cat.

To obtain either the Cartoonival Blue or Cartoonival Pink color, Toons can purchase them from the Cartoonival Tower for 300 Cartoonival tokens each. They are available from September 19th to October 20th during Cartoonival.
