The VM TVGo app is supported on android and ios devices, but not on smart TV's. I doubt this will work (most TV based browsers aren't full versions) but you could try accessing the browser version on your Samsung TV

I would like to remove/clear all devices from TVGO and just start again from scratch. Device Management states at limit for further changes - can only edit name which is pointless.

TVGO would need to remember the cache and cookies for the site, otherwise, it would just keep registering your device as a new device each time, using the limited available 5 spaces and 3 adjustments per month. 2025年3月7日 · It happens randomly on Sky Sports and TNT and seems to be only when watching Live broadcasts, it will just throw up Not Available and show the 1001 code? I mainly watch after 5pm and another family member watching TVGO via Chrome/Firefox on a Desktop PC also gets this problem as well?
