Jan 5, 2010 · I asked that question to someone at Husky and was told that the frame angles were the same between the TC/TXC/TE. The motor is supposed to be as well besides the FI/carb and exhaust. The forks are the same on the TC/TXC, TE gets the KYB open chamber forks. I think the biggest factors in weight between the TC/TXC are the silencer and the battery.

Oct 26, 2011 · The TXC has TC suspension/settings already and will jump just as well as a TC with the exception of the extra 7 or so pounds from the electric start/battery/fan. The TC is a 5 speed wider ratio then the close ratio 6 speed of the TXC/TE and TC has 19" rear wheel, smaller tank and no fan.

Jan 18, 2014 · NGK CR9EIX is the direct replacement for the 310 (TE TXC). It seems to work well all over but what really stands out was the slight stumble at 1/16th throttle is gone. After 3 very high paced rides (6 hours of motor time) it just plane works. (Although the only time at 1/16th throttle was loading the bike on the truck)

Nov 1, 2012 · Have a TXC 511 2011, has been ridden for 20 hours, well broken-in and has the Akrapovic muffler, otherwise all stock. Not terribly impressed with the power and was hoping for more. Been reading the forum and it seems like there is a lot of power gain to be had with the JD Tuner for the TE models.

Jan 9, 2012 · Agree with OlderHuskyRider. I've found having my bike running on its sidestand can push oil into the air box (TE449) on my sight glass the oil level is just below half way and i'm not having any oil problems since the oil level is lower than half way.

Dec 13, 2011 · My opinion is that 1) Husky really craps up their fuel injection by making the TE/TXC emissions compliant. However, my husband's 09 carbed TXC 450 needed a fair amount of carb tinkering before it quit shooting flames out of the muffler. and 2) Husky suffers from an EXTREME lack of communication.

Jun 17, 2017 · 2014 Husqvarna Txc 310 Bike starts and runs fine then when the engine gets up to temp the idle starts acting funny and the engine stalls , havnt done anything but change the plug and clean the air filter.
