2022年1月15日 · X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was performed to unclose the chemical composition and bonding configuration of Bi 2 MoO 6, TaON and TON/BMO-2. The XPS survey spectrum (0–1200 eV) shows that element Ta, O, N, Bi and Mo indeed co-exist in TON/BMO-2 (Fig. 4 a).
