The Mitre Inn is a public house at 58 High Street, Chipping Barnet, London. It was established by 1633 and is probably the oldest remaining of the town's once numerous coaching inns. It is a grade II listed building with Historic England and is currently styled "Ye Olde Mitre Inne".

2015年1月26日 · At the beginning of the High Street (and at the top of the hill) is The Mitre, one of the town’s oldest inns which even received a mention by Dickens. This remains one of the town’s best pubs and business is still good (at a time when many pubs are struggling unless they diversify and become ‘gastro pubs’).

The oldest coaching inn in Barnet, there has been a pub on this site since 1553. Beams, exposed brickwork, wood panelling and an open fire gives an authentic feel. In 2013 a corridor was opened to allow easy access to further rooms.
