2006年6月5日 · Worst case would be you break the tip and have to remove the cylinder heads to retrieve the tip of the broken glow plug. Do a search on this Forum for broken Glow Plugs. Some guys have gotten lucky and retrieved tips of plugs thru the injector hole without removing the heads. You need to follow their procedures for getting the piston to TDC.

If it won't come all the way out, you can use channel locks to pull it the rest of the way. See Figure 2. Repeat the process hitting the other side outward to remove it.
