Cree Star Gifts now creates and manufactures Teepees, (also spelled Tipi). We currently make four styles of Teepees (Tipis). Our first style is the Plains Cree Teepee or (Plains Cree Tipi). Traditionally the Cree Teepees were longer in the back and shorter in the front.

Our tipi sizes range from small 12ft travel lodges to large 26ft ceremonial tipis for gatherings and for guest accommodations. Our traditional models have a door flap which covers a standard 5ft high door hole opening. Our glamping model for campgrounds has a 6ft-7ft oversize door opening that is securely covered with a lockable zipper/screen door.

The Traditional model tipi design gives the feeling of a classic Plains teepee, as you duck your head to step through the oval door hole. It has a standard 3’9” door opening which is covered by a door flap. Our pattern is the basic Sioux design explained in Laubin’s book, The Indian Tipi.
