Thirty-five patients with R/R LBCL who received CAR T-cells were included in the study.

In our study, TLG and TMTV but not SUV max were found to be independent prognostic risk stratification parameters affecting PFS and OS; patients with high TLG (≥1,854.00 cm 3) and high TMTV (≥103.00 cm 3) had a poorer prognosis than those with low TLG and low TMTV.
