Tony Alva (born September 2, 1957) is an American skateboarder, entrepreneur, and musician. He was a pioneer of vertical skateboarding and one of the original members of the Zephyr Competition Skateboarding Team, also known as the Z-Boys. [1]

Since 1977, legendary Dogtown skateboarder Tony Alva and his company Alva Skates have been producing premier skate products including Alva Skateboards, Alva Wheels, Alva Surfcraft Surfboards, and Alva Apparel.
