2025年2月27日 · We now have the Trio In-Home Display - an accessible "talking" IHD for blind and visually impaired customers. This IHD can speak the contents of each screen out to you.

The Geo Trio in-home display works with your smart meter to help you keep an eye on your energy use and costs. The display has a simple traffic light system to show you how much energy you're using in real-time, as well as much more.

Step 1: Power your TRIO device up using the mains cable provided (please do not insert batteries). Ensure the device is within close proximity of your smart meter (no more than 10 metres away).

2022年1月12日 · Plug your IHD into the mains with the power supply cable that came with it. Your unit will then turn on automatically. Your IHD should always be connected to your mains power. The power supply cable has been specifically designed for use with your IHD, and should not be used to power any other device.

2021年8月5日 · Geo Trio II IHD displays 'connecting to smart meter' for over 24 hours. A new smart meter, and the IHD, was installed yesterday as the old Eon meter (which has been dumb since I moved to Ovo) no longer displayed usage.

The In Home Display (IHD) is connected or ‘paired’ wirelessly to your Smart Meters via a secure Smart Meter Home Area Network (HAN). Knowing your exact home address, the identifying details of the smart meters at your address are retrieved, and the IHD uses these details to pair with your meters.
