Troezen (/ ˈtriːzən /; ancient Greek: Τροιζήν, modern Greek: Τροιζήνα [tri'zina]) is a small town and a former municipality in the northeastern Peloponnese, Greece, on the Argolid Peninsula. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Troizinia-Methana, of which it is a municipal unit.

In Greek mythology, Troezen (/ ˈtriːzən /, homophone of treason; ancient Greek: Τροιζήν, modern Greek: Τροιζήνα [tri'zina]) was the eponymous king of the city Troezen.

Troezen lies some five kilometres south of the peninsula of Methana and about the same distance west of the town of Galatas and the island of Poros. It is easiest to visit by car. There are no hotels or B&Bs in the town itself, but a taverna and a bakery cater for the hungry and thirsty.

With an acropolis and powerful fortifications, the ancient city of Troezen was located west of today’s town. Although a large part of the old city was lost when its buildings were razed to make room for new construction, excavations still provided many valuable artefacts, currently on display at the archaeological museums of Poros and Athens.
