2020年3月9日 · 反電動常數 (ke)、轉矩常數 (kt)是做馬達控制最重要的參數之一, 如果某一天你同事拿給你馬達,希望你幫他做驅動器, 這時候你要做的第一件事就是測量馬達的ke、kt. ke、kt能讓你知道馬達轉速、馬達轉矩之關係. 簡單的算法,先用手轉動馬達,測量馬達的反電動式, 切記:要量馬達的相電壓. 如下圖 bemf 的Vpeak =4.705v f = 67.17hz 假設馬達 Polepairs = 2. rpm = 60*f / Polepairs = 60*67.17/2 = 2015. Ke (vpek/krpm) = 4.705/ (2015/1000) = 2.3 (vpek/krpm)
