Honestly one is just a little taller and wider than the other. If you plan on filling it up they both should pull just fine. Just don't go faster than you are comfortable with.

From what I could find about the average height of the coupler on U-Haul trailer, they will sit at 18 1/2 inches. So with that being said, I suggest going with the Curt # C45240. This will have a 7,500 pound capacity and 4 1/2 inches of rise, putting you within 1/2 inch of completely level.

I called U-Haul and they said that the coupler height of the 4x8 cargo trailer is around 16" from the ground to the bottom of the coupler while level therefore you will need to use the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45311 with the 2" Hitch Ball part # A-90.
