Our helpful and friendly customer service representatives will be glad to assist you with matters concerning lost UB Cards, meal plan selection, new identification pictures, campus cash, and dining points.

You can get your permanent UB Card when your appointment starts. If you have been issued a temporary UB Card please go to one of the UB Card Office locations at your earliest opportunity to get your permanent UB Card.
