The University of Florida Procurement Card (PCard) is a corporate credit card issued by Bank of America. Just like a regular credit card, it’s fast and easy; no waiting for a purchase order and vendors are paid quickly.

UF staff, faculty, graduate assistants, and OPS (technical and professional) employees who must make purchases or travel for official University business are eligible to have a PCard. PCards may not be issued to students who are not employees.

Download the Global Card Access app – using the app you can see recent transactions, your credit limit, available balance, view your PIN, lock and unlock your card. Call 888-233-8855. Carrying a PCard is a privilege based on trust. Certification training is required for all PCard participants. PCard cardholders must have a designated verifier/approver and backup verifier/approver to handle incoming electronic PCard charges.
