From the User Administration page, search for the user whose password you would like to reset. In the Actions column, check the check box for the specified user. Select Reset Password. The password is reset to the default value. To view a user's default password, select View Password from the Default Password column.

Navigation: UKG Learning > My Avatar > Settings > View Account Settings > Change Password. Enter your current password in the Current Password field. Provide a new password in the New Password field. Enter your new password in the Confirm Password field. Select Save. You can change your password at any time from your Settings.
