2020年12月29日 · Minimum 45 days. in the umai bag you won’t get too much of a funk but will definitely have some nice deep flavor. But I would recommend 60-70 in the umai bag to get that signature “dry age” flavor

2022年3月5日 · The umai dry age doesn’t really taste like real dry age. If you look hard enough on here you’ll find that a lot of people always mention how they don’t get the funky/ cheesy notes with it.
