Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides free confidential psychological services for currently enrolled U of M undergraduate and graduate students. These services include support for students experiencing a crisis or urgent situation. The following is a list of crisis services provided by CAPS.

Getting support at CAPS begins with an initial appointment. Initial appointments can be booked on the day, or for the next day. They are available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. During peak times in semester, demand for initial appointments may increase. If you cannot find an appointment, contact us during business hours.
