2021年7月8日 · Yes you can fit a diaphragm clutch to a Tiger Cub. They include a belt primary drive and are available from Pete Kirby. I have one fitted to my Armac Cub and it is very good. light action and no slip. I also have an upgraded UPB wet clutch on my other Cub which also works well. A standard clutch can be made to work well.

Beautiful Triumph Cub 220cc. The bike has a UPB Evo Cub frame, UPB suspension setup, top end is UPB. The bike is road registered and has a logbook. Recently replaced new front and rear brake shoes, new clutch plates, new Morgo pump installed 3 months ago.

Then we can convert to a modern type piston high silicone content & modern Japanese piston rings, stop that 200cc Cub from smoking! No need to convert the crankcases or cylinder head, also available in oversizes.

So this is the Faber framed Triumph Cub engined "Otter" build. I have the frame and most of the engine parts, and a alloy barrel and piston to make it 230cc from Bob Moore at UPB. Over the next couple of weeks I shall be machining the engine parts that need modifying, and this will be accompanied with pictures of the mods.
