2001年1月13日 · Yes, UPS is going to replace the DC-8 but not anytime soon. The DC-8's are in good shape. They meet noise regulations, new avionics, re-engined all with CFM-56's and there are alot of spare parts for them. As time warrants, when the DC-8's become unflyable or unprofitable then they will be phased out.
