The Cutter Boat – Over the Horizon (CB-OTH), is a cutter-deployed rigid-hulled inflatable boat in service with the United States Coast Guard. It is designed to pursue and interdict fast, non-compliant vessels.

Major cutters like the national security cutter are capable of carrying multiple cutterboat types, including the over-the-horizon (CB-OTH-IV) rigid-hull inflatables, and long-range interceptors (CB-LRI-11).

The over-the-horizon (OTH), long-range interceptor (LRI) and cutter boat-large (CB-L) (210/225) aid in search and rescue; law enforcement; ports, waterways and coastal security; and defense readiness missions.

The Cutterboat - Over the Horizon is a 24 foot 9inches long rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) that is deployed from United States Coast Guard (USCG) cutters. MSSTs use the CB-OTH to intercept fast, non-compliant vessels and for the rapid approach of maritime objectives.
