UW Connect helps departments/units provide consistent service to customers using standardized workflows for managing associated day-to-day work. It is the UW Academy-branded version of ServiceNow's "Now" Platform.

Eduroam is a secure, encrypted Wi-Fi network available at the UW, and the preferred Wi-Fi connection method for UW students, faculty and staff. It is also the only wireless network that supports Wi-Fi 6E(6GHz) which provides faster speeds and more security where available.

UW Office 365 Exchange Online accounts can be configured in a wide variety of email clients. However, due to the complexity introduced when adding a UW Exchange Online account to a non-Microsoft email client, only a few clients are supported by UW-IT.

UW employees can provide early login access (Zoom Basic license) to new or re-classified employees with a UW NetID by using the UW provision tool. See the IT Connect page about Provision Access to UW-IT services for more information.

Login with your UW NetID to Microsoft Office License Details. The UW Microsoft Office subscription: Allows you to install Microsoft Office applications on up to five PCs, Macs, tablets, and smartphones. Students, staff, and faculty can use personal and UW-owned computers and devices. This license expires when you leave UW.
