The University of Delaware provides email and calendaring, in addition to other Google Apps through G Suite (formerly Google Apps) for Education. The University also provides the Exchange Online service to current University of Delaware employees only.

Thousands of schools, colleges, universities, companies, and non-profit organizations have adopted Google Email. Included among these adoptions is the University of Delaware, whose Google domain is at googleapps.udel.edu .

Electronic mail (e-mail) is the official way that the University of Delaware communicates with its students and employees. Therefore, it is the responsibility of all students and employees to manage and read e-mail sent to their UD e-mail accounts (udel.edu).

Web access to your account is available from a Web browser on any device. Point the browser at https://outlook.office.com and log in with your UD email address and password.

University of Delaware students, faculty, and staff can download software licensed for their use from UDeploy.

To configure mail clients on your PC, Mac, or mobile phone, obtain or change your password. Specify settings to connect to your account. The settings location and wording will vary depending on the email client or mobile phone that you use.
