Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Perlis (Jawi: اونيۏرسيتي تيكنولوڬي مارا چاوڠن ڤرليس; Abbreviation: UiTM Perlis) is one of the branch campuses of Universiti Teknologi MARA located in Arau, Perlis, Malaysia. It was established in 1974 at Kangar, making it as the third oldest UiTM campus in the whole country.

Universiti Teknologi MARA (Singkatan UiTM) ialah sebuah rangkaian universiti bertaraf universiti awam di Malaysia. Pada mulanya ditubuhkan pada tahun 1956 sebagai Dewan Latehan RIDA yang terletak di Petaling Jaya, Selangor, UiTM membuka pintu kepada lebih kurang 50 pelajar dengan fokus untuk membantu orang Melayu di luar bandar. In August 1999, the then Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato' Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad announced the change in name of ITM to Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). With such acknowledgement from the government, a major restructuring exercise was carried out in order to consolidate the University's resources for optimum productivity.
