Oct 18, 2005 · Most of the shipping supply places like Uline sell the repair kits which have a new heat element and the fiberglass (I think) cover for about $20 or so. If you have sealing consistency problems or problem getting the timer set right, try cycling it a few time before you seal the first bag to get the element warmed up.

So instead of $10 of freight with Speed Dee, you can pay uline / UPS $45, ship on your own UPS account for handling fee + $30 of UPS, or get LTL for $54. Uline's prices on stuff are pretty crazy high, too.

May 7, 2012 · I'd first compare the cost of the 1/8 x 3 flat bar to the cost of 1/8 6061 sheets. I haven't priced either one lately, but in general any thin flat bar, aluminum or steel, tends to be more expensive per pound than the same material in thicker sections, while the volume in common sheet thicknesses tends to make the sheet cheaper per pound as compared to thin flats.

With all of the internal compensations that are always running in the control, ( rotation, straightness adjust, thermal comps, axis rotation, fixture pitch ) it will give strange turn on moves if you are not perpendicular in the first 2 moves.

I am looking for some small bins to stack on benches to hold various sizes of screws sitting on benches or possibly on a rack behind a bench. I bought some cheap Princess auto ones years ago and any of them that I tried to hang self destructed.

Jan 3, 2011 · I'm trying to figure this....For Z part offsets I will: set the Haimer using a 2" block off of the table. Save that offset and leave it or always use it in tool #1. I will bring it down and probe top of part, make sure offset is called up and set the Z. To set tool offsets: I will use my dial tester or a 1-2-3 block and set all tools off of table.
