UPAC training groups are designed to create communities of like-aged athletes with similar swimming and training skills. UPAC training groups are intended to foster healthy teammate bonds and relationships to enhance each other’s performance and to make a positive impact on their particular group and the larger UPAC community.

UPAC is for swimmers ages 6-18 years old who are passionate about swimming and have a desire to train and compete. Interested swimmers must go through a swim try out. The swimmer’s skill level and age will determine their group placement.
