Apr 11, 2019 · OVERVIEW V's playstyle involves a lot of multi-tasking, watching the battlefield, and familiarity with his Familiars (heh). V doesn't have as many total moves in the Skill List as Nero or Dante, and quite a few of them are either passive or simple charge attacks, so it's a bit easier to memorize his entire moveset, (I think so, anyway).

V playstyle is a neet concept however the execution isn't the greatest, I think in any other game i think V moveset would be fine or even be considered great. However for a DMC game especially after playing as Dante and Nero it doesn't feel that great, as fewer opportunities to experiment.

May 10, 2022 · The timeline is DMC 3, 1, 4, 5. 2 is missing because it's a standalone franchise destroying disaster pretty much removed from canon, and DmC is a reboot attempt (though if you are willing to overlook some minor details, fits before 3).
