We are excited to announce the launch of our ICP scholarships call for students starting in September 2025. This year, we are offering full scholarships for 20 programmes, including five newly added ones. Notably, for the first time we are introducing two bachelor programmes, broadening the opportunities for students to study in Flanders.

Project Strategy Describe your project strategy (Theory of Change) along 3 key questions. A fully-fledged ToC is not requested, rather the alignment of your project and its change process with the general VLIR-UOS ToC and the SDG principles.

Organised (i) at a Flemish HEI, (ii) in one of the 17 VLIR-UOS project partner countries, or (iii) in a hybrid format. Online and blended training can also be integrated into an ITP.

The primary beneficiaries of Accelerate projects are: VLIRUOS (Bureau UOS, ICOS/GEO, VLIR-UOS team, selection commissions). The institutional level of HE&SIs in Flanders and partner countries The VLIRUOS community (individual promotors, researchers, professionals, support staff, students, etc.)
