2013年5月13日 · Windows won't stop VSS service altogether, states its in process of "stopping" but continues to run. Installs or uninstalls can't occur as long as its running on windows 8. I do fine for sometime with a clean install. Then all the sudden installs or uninstalls doesn't work.
