2017年6月1日 · Pubg Centers the bullet where the two horizontal lines meet, and for the VSS that is inside the tip of the chevron. Here is a video showing them fixing the aiming and where the bullet actually goes based off a chevron. You'll notice that it is centered between the two horizontal lines. Edit: IRL, you are correct, that is exactly how it works.

2017年5月24日 · I would expect that a silenced UMP with a 4 X scope be somewhat similar in game as compare to the VSS with the UMP being slightly louder and possibly having less muzzle energy 100+ meters away. I dont know why everyone hyped this gun up, it shoots a very under whelming round which would easily be stopped by a .357/9mm rated bullet proof vest.

The VSS is dependable up to 400m and very accurate which is reasonable distance for any sniper rifle. That being said, most weapons in the game, short of the side-arm slot, are effective up to 100m; I would go as far in saying that if anyone can't hit a target at 100 meters, its not the weapon that is the issue.

Back in the early days (first five years) you'd often have a hard time finding a scope. I have a rule, (back then), find a VSS, play it all game. It does have it's weak spot. Just in the last week though I got a 400 metter VSS killed (live non bot target) followed by a 300 meter VSS kill (same game). You have to be spot on to get those though.

The VSS works because that's the only scope the VSS can use. The ACOG doesn't change when you put it on another gun. So use the range-finding ability, but zero the gun using Page Up/Page Down because every gun has a different bullet velocity and …

This is why Mini + VSS is my favorite loadout in solos or duos. VSS has similar dps to an m4 so it's not bad for spraying at close range (harder to control, to be sure) while being completely silent at 100m, while Mini can be used at range with the much higher bullet velocity. The small mag on the VSS keeps it from being viable in squads imo.

2022年7月3日 · Gotcha, I hadn’t noticed that. Thank you. I do love the VSS, try the Vector too, it shreds at close range, I took a group of 3 out yesterday with it and two of them had lvl 3 armor and crate weapons. Not great mid range.

The VSS in real life has a semi auto, or auto selections for firing, and I really wonder if that will be introduced into the game. If it is, this begs the question whether or not the gun will have the irl 10 round mag, and 20 round extended mag attachment.
