2011年3月1日 · Definitely the only one of its kind in North America! It is the bigger brother of the VW vanagon. This is a VW LT 40 4X4 Westfalia Camper. They were not sold in the US/Canada and only a few 4X4 were produced in Germany between 1991 and 1995. I build it for my travels through North America and the feedback of hundreds of people was just great.

Anyone test the dimensions of the R2.8 in the LT hole? Bellhousings and adapter plates are new to me. How would one go about building an adapter plate?

2023年7月9日 · The 'Storyteller Mode LT' is a cutesy blend of the Storyteller's "Mode" naming convention for their vans and the Ford 'Model T' since it's a Ford chassis. "Mode LT / Model T". That being said, the Storyteller model is called the LT. The Supertramp Flagship LT is also called the LT. And, the Storyteller is 'ST' and the Supertramp is 'ST'.

2024年10月8日 · I own a 2008 ER XV-LT with a functioning house A/C (as well as a rooftop unit installed by the previous owner). The house A/C (ER installed) does work surprisingly well, I suspect in part d/t how well the ER is insulated, as Aaron noted. It's really not too much of an energy hog, IMO, using about 750W (give or take) when fully engaged.

2023年7月9日 · Would be interested in the layouts they come up for both. I have definite preferences in the flatbed layouts and design. For the 8', they could might simply stretch the design of the Flagship LT and the extra 1.5' results in a longer galley (with extra storage) and longer side bench (more storage and sitting space).

2024年11月8日 · isn't everything a compromise? If I wanted better off-road capabilities, sure, gimme a F350 with a bowen flat bed, and a supertramp LT. Or a used Rossmonster Baja (there's one for sale right now) Both would still cost more than this. The ability to store bikes inside is huge for some people, including myself. MTBs can run over 10k each.
