And in case one, (or both) driving wheels are spinning out of control (loosing grip to the ground), then Syncro sends power to the rear wheels. So a Syncro van is 2wd on dry roads, and becomes (automaticaly) a 4wd on slippery roads (only if one of the driving wheels are slipping).
