Visual arts in the Visalia community are alive and well. You can see that with the many beautiful murals lining, not only the downtown streets, but throughout the city. Our murals have been thought out and developed as ways to express cultural and historical appreciation.

There are 4 murals to see. Painted by well-known muralist Colleen Mitchell-Venya in 2013 using several photos of Yosemite do create this image. Commemorating WWII, it depicts 29 people across a wall 24 feet high and 71 feet wide. It was painted on Dibond tiles and affixed to wall; by Artist Glen W. Hill. SEE THE SIGHTS IN VISALIA!
