Changed this to 1 as I only have 1 thq, wrote setup and rebooted. When the device was loaded, it now showed gnx L thq instead of just gnx L in the device list and the axis showed up in the test tab. Calibration required me to click the acl boxes for axis 6-8 then all.worked properly. Good luck.

1st idea - make axis with center. No need to use button at all. If you do not need reverse range equal to straight one, move axis center manually (see about Manual calibration in User guide).

I then tried to map the thq to 6,7,8 on VC1, and set the original external axis 5 and 6 from the stick (the POV-Hat) to the second VC to make room for the THQ. Doesn't work either. I then set the Hat Controller to Discrete, because on that page there was a mapping to axis 5 and 6 too...

A challenge here is that GNX (5 axes) coupled with THQ (3 axes) already sum in 8 axes. But what if you want more THQs? Windows will not recognize the second THQ. VKB offers 2 solutions. 1 - Install an additional usb controller in the 2nd THQ. Then Windows will see it as a yet another device. This is a pretty mainstream solution used by many.

This said, of course it is primarily created with the GNX line in mind. It is in combination with other GNX devices and extension modules that THQ will fully open all its potential. 8 buttons. 3 axes. Adjustable height of all levers. Interchangeable lever heads. VKB trademark clutch on all axes to suit your choice of load. Oh I forgot.

Hi, I just got my add on GNX-THQ and installed it onto my Gladiator NXT Premium left stick. I updated the firmware and it found the new throttle, but the joystick is already full of 8 axes without having the third axis on the THQ showing up anywhere in the software.

@VKB Sim Hello, I think I have the same issue. I just ordered a GNX-THQ module and installed it on the left side of my Gladiator Nxt as shown here in the video. The VKBDevCfg (v0.92.17) software doesn' t recognize any of the Gnx-Thq inputs while testing but it recognizes still the inputs of the Gladiator Nxt as before.

Still no joy. I keep loading GNX USB Controller v2.09.0 onto the THQ and no matter what I do it keeps showing up in VKB Device Config v0.92.17 as VKBSim NXT XT v2.088. I even select it and press Find & Auto Config and it still comes back as that. I have the HID controller installed on the GNX and have it plugged into the computer with the USB cord.

2021年11月19日 · In the new "VKB Device Firmware (v2.08.5 XT)" the two left axis of the GNX THQ do not work as an axis, but like sliders, in the previous firmware v2.08.0.3 they work fine. Right now I set Gladiator NXT + THQ to default, restarted and reflash, and nothing. I request "Gladiator NXT Firmware v2.08.0.3" if possible.
