"By swapping the engine relay and starter relay over in the engine bay fuse box - MA1 and MA3, the dash messages have gone at IGN II and it has started first time!" not sure if this applies to my situation though...

2024年9月4日 · Here are some of the things I've discerned: The ecm is shutting down injectors causing the rough idle it seems (ecm-532d). All injectors ohm at between 14--15. I've got 12v to etm plug with continuity between ground wire and block ground. I can hear unit powering on. It's also responsive to the accelerator pedal.

I'm looking for diagnostic information on a 2001 Volvo S80. I have multiple codes from the Central Electronics Module.

2010年6月11日 · The CEM-1A62 is a nice code, this code says that there's a problem with communication between the CEM and the ECM, but the problem isn't in the CEM. That leaves wiring issues (anywhere in the system that isn't a module counts as a wiring issue). Here's VOLVO's note on the code : Note!

2019年2月23日 · Just got a Volvo reader and found these codes: CEM-1A5D, CEM-1A62, CEM-1C01. Looks like I've got a Central Electronic Module problem but don't know how to diagnose whether it's a problem internal to the module or an electrical/contact issue.

as of now the car only has code cem1a62 that will not erase. also the car won't start. Try unplugging and replugging the control units to reset them, then do a battery reset by disconnecting the positive and negative and touching them together for a few minutes.

2014年3月28日 · VIDA shows fault CEM-1A62 - "communication with ECM missing". Volvo (VIDA) suggests for troubleshooting to check for battery voltage present at ECM and check for faulty ground - then check network cabling.
