We had a presentation last week and it does look like a massive improvement but I am curious about the real world. Serious question so please hold off on the Kaseya bashing how much deserved

VSA X has a really nice user interface, and automations are probably the biggest upgrade. It's not comparable to VSA 9 because it's a totally different platform.

2022年10月31日 · All on-site and cloud VSA servers were taken off line for more than 14 days, while Kaseya tried to repair the damage. Afterwards, we found out that the CVE was a known 0 day exploit that Kaseya didn’t patch when it came out. This has everything to do with the new VSA X, they are rebranding and trying to stop the hemorrhaging of money.
