The Impact Fee Administration, a section of Infrastructure & Development Services, manages wastewater flows through Wastewater Capacity Reservations (WCR), manages water demands through water commitment letters, and plans the near and long term facilities requirements to assure reliable service for today and the future.

Two weeks may be required to process the WCR application. The wastewater/water letter(s) and the storm drainage letter will be mailed separately. The storm letter is processed and mailed by the Office of the City Engineer. Please contact Gholam A. Namaki at 832-394-9107 for questions concerning the storm letter.

When submitted as a food service establishment project, the drawings will need BSG and COH Health review and approval, BSG will permit and inspect the installation and COH Health will conduct the pre-opening inspection of the food service establishment.

The attached WASTEWATER CAPACITY RESERVATION APPLICATION (also used to obtain water and storm letters) must be completed by the current property owner or by an authorized representative of the owner. Fee simple owner signatures must be ORIGINAL and in BLUE INK.
