I had read the different threads here about defragmentation and that you shouldn't use the built in defrag tool with WHS, but that you should use a 3rd party tool instead. So I tried Raxco PerfectDisk 8, which supports WHS (supposedly).

Jun 10, 2008 · The WHS DVD is the Win2k3 disk. If you click on OK you should get a new dialogue box indicating what file it is looking for and the option to browse to find it. Navigate to the dvd drive \i386 folder.

Sep 24, 2008 · I can access the WHS that way and with "remote" on the end as well from inside the network. Did you try going to Shields Up! and scan the 3 necessary ports? If so, what were the results?
