Here’s one of NBC’s most popular features at the end of it’s life on 660 AM – The Time Machine! This was a great recreation of 1960s WABC musicradio the way it sounded right down to the PAMS jingles, re-sung for 66 WNBC. And 66WNBC had it down to science with precise timing. Who said music was dead on AM radio. Not here it wasn't.

The frequency lives on in the incarnation of WFAN, along with things that were WNBC icons, like the Knicks & Rangers and Imus.
