User-friendly and easily accessible, they are available as part of the Microsoft Office software suite on most WSU computers.

As members of Washington State University, a brand with a 130-year history, there is immense value in connecting our college brand to the university brand to instill trust and build brand recognition.

The copyrighted cougar head logo is a spirit mark for WSU and is used by student clubs, athletics and the alumni association. Official University fonts. The official fonts of WSU are from the Stone family of fonts. These include Stone Serif and Stone Sans. Font licenses must be purchased for each machine the font or font family is installed on.

Cougars and WSU become visual symbols of the Washington State Athletics organization. They incorporate unique structural elements to create a powerful look that distinguishes the university’s wordmarks from other universities.
