WSU provides certain software programs for free to students. Subscriptions to OneDrive and Office 365 ProPlus are available to all current, active WSU students. Your account will be associated with your WSU Network ID (NID). Visit the WSU ITS site for more information on downloading and using free Microsoft products.

Our base subscription of Office 365 includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, Access (Windows only), and Microsoft OneDrive. *Active while enrolled as a student or as an active employee at WSU. Subscription expires upon inactive status. *MS Access only available as part of Office 365 on Windows PCs.

2024年5月30日 · This change will impact Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and any other desktop Office suite application licensed or activated via logging in with a WSU Network ID.

All faculty, staff, and students receive access to the full Office 365 suite through WSU. Office 365 is Microsoft's work platform, including OneDrive, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, and more.
