WTCI recently launched our fourth channel, 45.4 WTCI EDUCATE. The new channel features PreK-12 education content from 6AM – 6PM daily, switching to lifelong learning content from World Channel from 6PM-6AM. If you’d like to access this new channel and you receive our signal using a broadcast antenna, please re-scan your television.
