Dispute settlement or dispute settlement system (DSS) is regarded by the World Trade Organization (WTO) as the central pillar of the multilateral trading system, and as the organization's "unique contribution to the stability of the global economy". [1]

"One-Page Case Summaries" provides a succinct summary of all disputes brought to the WTO. It covers the findings of the dispute panel report for each case and the subsequent Appellate Body report in cases where WTO members appealed the original ruling.

It allows to search and visualise information relating to GATT disputes, including main documents such as consultation requests and reports, adjudicators, disputing parties, claims and defences, procedural basis, and products at issue.
