The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree requires the completion of 67 credit units through a combination of required and elective courses. This allows students to shape their MBA curriculum to align with their personal and professional goals.

The Olin MBA curriculum offers a comprehensive set of required and elective courses built upon a foundation of critical-thinking and leadership skills. Olin MBAs are able to shape the curriculum to meet their unique personal objectives, incorporating the MEng degree requirements.

The Flex MBA degree program requires the completion of a minimum of 48 credits. These credits must be earned as follows: 33 credits of required core courses and a minimum of 15 credits of elective courses: A minimum of 42 credits must be completed in 500-level MBA courses taught by faculty members of Olin.

WashU Olin’s Flex MBA degree program delivers the full rigor of a traditional MBA with the necessary flexibility for working professionals. Each semester, you can choose to take classes online or on campus. With both formats, you have live class sessions at set times and additional content to review outside of class.
