2023年1月18日 · There’s a great inbetween high grade where sealed, no WATA especially, will fetch more raw sealed than graded by them because of reputation of game graders. Most likely in the 7.5-9.0 range. Especially on auction because at those grades, they will still be great condition and bidders usually will bid it up in the hopes of grading it higher ...

2021年2月1日 · WATA is the hip new kid on the block. Their cases have a bit more pizzaz to them, but as mentioned above, they only fit the standard size cases (which your game is). WATA will grade sealed or CIB (or loose carts/protos). WATA has the backing of heritage auctions so if you're looking to sell a game and make the big bucks, WATA is where it's at.

2022年11月16日 · WATA had similar problems to PSA with an ever deepening backlog; and as a result they decided to jack up the price of their CIB grading fee in an attempt to stop people from sending any in for grading. WATA's price for grading a CIB is still obscenely high. They will absolutely lower that price at a later date, but it's currently just insane.

Prices are steadily rising for retro, graded and sealed prices have dropped except for the excellent condition grails. I stand by this - it wasn’t wata solely but rather the perfect combination of the pandemic, plus extra time/money, plus all grading/collectibles.
