The purpose of Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering (WECE) is to provide academic and social opportunities for those who identify as women, femme or non-binary. This organization seeks to prepare members for future careers by developing leadership skills and creating opportunities to learn outside of the classroom.

Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering (WECE, and pronounced “we-see”) seeks to promote the enrollment and retention to women in Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s ECE department. WECE is a student-run organization with elected officers.
