威悉河（德語： Weser ，发音： （ ⓘ ） ）是德国境内的一条较大河流，由威拉河与富爾達河在汉恩明登附近汇流而成，自南向北流经北威、下萨克森和不来梅，在不莱梅港注入北海的黑尔戈兰湾。
