If you want more room and space for your accommodation I would suggest Westin Kaanapali. If you just want the usual room space but pretty breathtaking views I was impressed with Wailea Beach Resort. I will definitely pick Wailea over Kaanapali now that I have stayed in both places.

Westin Maui is a polished and contemporary resort and is only four minutes from the Kaanapali golf course by foot. They also have a pool area that’s fantastic for kids. The resort features multiple bars and dining options, as well as an island buffet and a local dancing show.

Mar 16, 2024 · Westin Nanea and Ocean Villas have kitchens and laundry in room. Plus, they’re fairly close to pools and beach. Rooms at the Grand Wailea can be far from the pool, and are just rooms. The pool at the Grand is amazing and I love the restaurants there and around it, but Nanea is better.
