As a bmw tech I can honestly say E65 are the worst. Especially the early production models. They had so many problems that bmw extended the warranty on them to 100k min for the first 2 years they were made. Oil leaks and coolant leaks. 2023年4月8日 · BMW and Europeans in general have always sucked at non-metallic parts. The metalwork is usually solid and lasts forever as long as you keep replacing the rubber and plastic bits. Inline engines are much simpler and require fewer moving timing parts.
