2024年8月30日 · I am loading for a Tikka T3 chambered in 300 WSM. I am using AGD brass and I have bumped the brass 5 thousandths using a sinclair 35 degree bump gauge insert. This will be the 3rd or 4th firing on this brass. The issue that I'm running into is difficulty closing the bolt. I suspect the base of the brass is not being sized enough.

2024年11月16日 · I am shooting a stock Winchester model 70, 7mm WSM. I'm loading new Hornady brass, Hornady #28452 SST 162 grain bullets, using CCi 250 primers. I'm usually hunting in or near the Bighorn mountains of Wyoming for mule deer, elk, and antelope. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on the best powder and amount to use.

2024年12月23日 · This is a factory Winchester laminated stock. It is chambered in 270 WSM. I believe it to be in as new condition. It's too nice for a clumbsey 75 year old. I don't want risk putting a mark on it. I have fired less than one box of ammo through it, all from a range bench. It has never been hunted and has no gun safe damage.

2024年12月28日 · Any good reduced loads for the 7mm WSM or should I just considering going with a different 7mm cartridge such as the 280 AI? Found myself in a situation where I am no longer able to shoot heavier recoiling cartridges. Would still like to have something with good LR capabilities but do not want to keep picking myself off the ground. TIA

2004年1月5日 · 1. Actions are all the same length (3.4" with factory mags, 3.56" with aics conversions, there's some fringe stuff that will get you more). Short mags like the 270 wsm do really well in a tikka with the bolt stop modded (how I have mine set up). Prefits come shouldered or with a barrel nut.
